Millennials, the children of Baby Boomers – born between 1983 and 2001, are growing up. Exerting purchasing power and entering the workforce, Millennials are now significantly impacting today’s economy and businesses. Whether you’re employing Millennials, or targeting them as customers, organizations are quickly beginning to appreciate the differences that exist between this demographic segment and previous generations.

Widely described as civic-minded, Millennials want to work in environmentally-responsible workplaces that arecommitted to Corporate Social Responsibility. At the same time, they have higher salary and advancement expectationsundefinedand desire a more coaching-based relationship with managers. From the consumer standpoint, more than 85% of Millennials link commitment to a cause to their purchasing decisions and specifically want to learn about environmental issues from brands when they are shopping. Join us for a discussion on how to crack the Millennial code. How can we understand and fully leverage the next generation of consumers and employees undefined for our benefit and theirs?

Discussion will be moderated by Peter Melanson, CEO, Bullfrog Power

Christian Demers, General Manager, Zipcar
Darren Karasiuk, Vice President, Environics Research
Lindsey Goodchild, Co-Founder and CEO, Greengage

This is a complimentary event. Continental breakfast will be served.
