2016 Youth & Innovation Forum

  • 22 Nov 2016
  • 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Ontario Trade and Investment Centre

Want to make your ideas a reality?

At Student Energy and Pollution Probe, we know that youth are critical players in building a thriving, sustainable country and planet. Globally, we have reached a critical point for action on climate change and the environment, and youth are leading the way with innovative technologies, original ventures and new ways of thinking.

On November 22, The Generation Now Youth and Innovation Forum in Toronto will unite 60 creative young leaders (18 to 29) to transform youth ideas into solutions for the future of our climate and the environment.

Youth will bring the ideas they want to work on to the forum. Once there, participants will drive the dialogue, focus on innovative approaches and collaborate on new visions for the future of Canada. Youth will engage with established leaders from a range of sectors including the environment, energy, government and finance on their ideas and implementation of youth-led solutions.

We are seeking young leaders from across Canada, in all disciplines, to join us for this exciting event! Applications will be approved on a rolling basis - apply early to guarantee your spot.

There is no registration fee for the forum and some funding is available for participants who require additional financial support for travel and accommodations. Priority for travel funding will be given to candidates who apply before Oct. 21.
