Meet a roster of diverse organizations and community groups in Toronto who are actively making a difference by working towards solutions for climate change and environmental challenges. 2015 is the year, highlighted the Climate Summit of the Americas here in Toronto in July, the canadian federal election in October and in December, COP 21 Paris, when the countries of the world must decide on global reduction in greenhouse gases to mitigate climate change for a safer future.
