Celestica Site Tour Leaders

Penny Cavener, Global HRIS Solutions
Penny's role at Celestica is to enable technology that would deliver visibility and ease of access to all HR related processes globally. Her career in HR spans over 25 years with experience in the banking, document management, consulting and manufacturing industries collectively. She is a certified SAP HR consultant and has over 15 global implementations that encompass not only HR/Payroll but a suite of talent management solutions. Currently, her efforts are focused on transforming the employee experience at Celestica by delivering self-service capabilities that support HR's commitment to sustainability.

Chris Barlosky, Operations Support Advisor, Continuous Improvement
Chris is a lean facilitator and six sigma black belt. His role at Celestica is to coach, mentor and train internal and external customers on continuous improvement principles and tools to enable them to achieve breakthrough results in quality, delivery and cost. Chris holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has worked at Celestica since graduation in 2001.

Tony McDermott Senior Manager, End of Life Materials Management
Tony McDermott has been with Celestica for more than 30yrs in a variety of Engineering and Leadership roles. Since 2005 Tony has been instrumental in changing the way that Celestica views Waste. Tony was instrumental in creating Celestica's End of Life Materials Management (EOLMM) team and currently manages it's operations.

Craig Hamilton, Manager, Solar Energy Solutions
Craig is responsible for ensuring Celestica is positioned to provide value-added engineering solutions to drive growth and accelerate customer success in the Energy market. He currently supports the development of strategies and solutions to advance the Solar Residential, Commercial and Utility Markets, focused on the convergence and commercialization of technologies such as Solar PV, Building Integrated PV, Module Level Power Electronics, and Energy Storage. Craig holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, is a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario, holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is the owner of one US patent.
